• Payment information — we do not store your card details. Payments are processed securely by PayU, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We only receive confirmation of whether a payment succeeded.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as medical history, financial records, or government identification unless you voluntarily share it in a session.

• To confirm, manage, and deliver your booked session.
• To send you session reminders, meeting links, and post-session follow-ups.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Our servers are hosted on Google Cloud Platform, which maintains industry-standard physical and network security. Session meetings are conducted over encrypted WebRTC connections — we do not record sessions.
