Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview
We understand that life changes. This policy outlines your options if you need to cancel or reschedule your session with Maya.
Cancellations — more than 24 hours before your session
If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before your scheduled session time, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method via PayU.
- To request a cancellation, email us at maya@maya6419.com with your booking details.
Cancellations — within 24 hours of your session
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session, a refund will not be issued. This is because sessions within 24 hours have already been prepared and the time slot cannot be offered to another client.
However, you may reschedule to a future date of your choice (subject to availability) — see below.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session at any time, including within 24 hours of the original session, subject to the following:
- Rescheduling is allowed once per booking at no additional charge.
- The rescheduled session must take place within 60 days of the original booking date.
- To reschedule, contact us at maya@maya6419.com.
No-shows
If you do not attend your session and have not contacted us in advance, the session will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Cancellation by Maya
In the rare event that Maya needs to cancel a session due to illness or an emergency, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule — whichever you prefer. We will notify you as soon as possible.
