1. About these terms

By accessing maya6419.com or booking a session with Maya, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of services

Maya offers spiritual healing and guidance services, including tarot readings, astrology (Kundali), palmistry, Akashic record readings, chakra healing, evil eye removal, and related holistic practices. All sessions are conducted online via our secure video platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to book a session independently. Minors may only receive sessions with the explicit consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Bookings and appointments

• Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received and Maya confirms the session.
• You will receive a confirmation email with your session link once your booking is confirmed.
• Please join the session on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be forfeited without refund.
• Session durations are as selected at the time of booking and cannot be extended mid-session.

5. Payments

• All fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
• Payments are processed securely through PayU. By making a payment, you also agree to PayU's terms of service.
• Your booking is not confirmed until payment is verified by Maya.

7. Conduct

We expect all clients to engage respectfully. Maya reserves the right to terminate a session immediately, without refund, if a client behaves in an abusive, threatening, or inappropriate manner.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, session materials, and branding — is the intellectual property of Maya. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

9. Results and outcomes

Spiritual guidance is subjective and personal. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes, changes, or results from any session. The effectiveness of any practice depends on the individual's own intentions, openness, and circumstances.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on any guidance provided in a session.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
